The IP to Country Database

Thank you for your database, I just wanted to post a few things that have come up. We take orders from all over the world and a few of the recent ones where people have placed there address that have come up in the database as different are:
192.116.128.196 (3228860612) should be USA
192.116.128.196 (3228860612) UNITED KINGDOM should be USA
193.220.188.219 (3252468955) COTE D'IVOIRE should be LONDON, LO, GB
193.220.60.153 (3252436121) UKRAINE shuld be JACKSON, NJ, USA
195.92.67.71 (3277603655) UNITED KINGDOM should be Beaumont, TX, USA
200.52.138.78 (3358886478) MEXICO should be alqurain, kuwait, KW
217.144.3.23 (3650093847) JORDAN should be Montrose, CO, USA
217.52.104.148 (3644090516) EGYPT should be Aspen, CO, USA
62.128.183.125 (1048622973) Germany should be BLOOMINGTON, IL, USA
64.231.52.206 (1088894158) CANADA should be Chicago, IL, USA
80.248.2.97 (1358430817) NIGERIA should be atlanta, ga, USA
81.199.80.71 (1372016711) BENIN should be PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA

I didn't test all, but if you do a traceroute (and a whois at RIPE) for: 193.220.60.153 it seems to be in Ukraine.

That IP arrives to "wildpark.net", which is located in Ukraine

I did some tests on those mentioned above and as far as I can see the ip-to-country database is correct for most of them. So don't apply the aforementioned changes. The only wrong IPs from the list I could found are the following and the country is even different from the one above:

192.116.128.196 (3228860612) UNITED KINGDOM should be NIGERIA (Not USA)
62.128.183.125 (1048622973) Germany should be SAUDI ARABIA (Not BLOOMINGTON, IL, USA)

Range 216.110.114.0 - 216.110.114.255 -> Grenada

The IP range 216.110.114.0 - 216.110.114.255 belongs to Grenada and not Barbados. Use http://ws.arin.net/cgi-bin/whois.pl and test with any of 216.110.114.0 to 216.110.114.255.
I got this confirmed today from a person in Grenada!

Change:
"3631112192","3631120383","BB","BRB","BARBADOS"

To:
"3631112192","3631116799","BB","BRB","BARBADOS"
"3631116800","3631117055","GD","GRD","GRENADA"
"3631117056","3631120383","BB","BRB","BARBADOS"

Beware! If you are getting order from someone who says they are in USA but the database is Egypt, or Nigeria, or.... it's a pretty good indication that you are being defrauded - and it may take many months before you get the chargebacks- you'll lose the money, plus transaction fees plus chargeback fees!!!.
Do a trace to the suspect IPs to verify the location -
www.samspade.org/t
is one of the tools you can use.

IP numbers not in DB

202.135.13.164 is an Australian IP number. It is not in the latest database (and comes up as "don't know this location" in the demo. It is, however, a valid IP number.

80.230.6.101 comes up as Isreal but should be Germany.

Also, the WHOIS on webhosting.info claims that ".eu" is an invalid domain tld. ".eu" is VALID!
