The IP to Country Database

I have used the IP-to-Country database in the new YourSpeed v3.0 speedmeasurement on the Numion website ("http://www.numion.com/"). The first time someone enters the startup screen of the measurement the database is used to pre-select the country from which websites should be measured. An extra list (that I created myself) is used to pre-select the language(s). Users can select another country to be measured, but the results of their measurements are always added to the country that the IP-to-Country database says they're in.
