The IP to Country Database

Hi - is it possible to get previous IP to Country Databases going as far back as say 2003. The reason I ask if i wish to check out my foreign traffic levels from my logs im sure the database at the time is different to what it is now. Just wondered if this was possible.

Database for all Asian countries

Is it possible to get IP address of users in all asian countries ? I am not bothered if it is not 100% complete. Even I am ready to format the database. Any help will be appreciated.

I have been working on a number of mappings of IP addresses. It is very time consuming and it requires a fair amount of investigation. I was wondering if someone would like to join in this endeavor. I have mapped parts of Northern Europe.
