Hello,

My ip address is : 213.49.135.66

When I do the formule 213*(256*256*256)+49(256*256)+135*256+66 the result is = 3576792898

In the listing .csv ... this adress is after the last range !

How can write that is BEL ... may be the .csv is not up to date or I don't understand exactly !!

I don't find this range in the last .csv !
When I downloaded the last .csv the file is write with the 31.05.2006
and not the 20.07.2006 (http://ip-to-country.webhosting.info/downloads/ip-to-country.csv.zip)

"3576119456"-"3576119471"-"BE"-"BEL"-"BELGIUM" this the last range in the .csv file.

May be we don't use the same .csv ?? or Again :-) I don't understand something !

On 2006.05.31 Database, line 65760 reads:
"3576758272","3576823807","BE","BEL","BELGIUM"
"3576792898" is within that range.

On 2006.07.20 Database, you can find the same on line 59595

When I open the .csv, Excel give me a message... "cannot open the file in entirety ! ..." and the last line is 65536 !!!
I can't not read the 65760 ;-)

Well, I've just updated my page to the latest DB.
If you only want the BE section, it might be of good use.

I suggest you use a text editor like notepad to read the database. Or better yet insert it into a DB administrator

If you still want to read the file in Excel, You could also use notepad to split the file in 2:
2) "Use Edit, Go To" to find line 50,000
3) Once on that line, you can use Shift+Ctrl+End to Select Everything "below" that line, and cut it.
4) Then open a new notepad and paste it there.
5) Remember to use quotes around the filename while saving. otherwise notepad might add the TXT extension. "bottom.csv"
