Hello!
I'd like to use the ip2country database. seems to be accurately so exactly what I need. but probably I'd like to use it in more websites not just my own, so I must configure my scripts as well to update database dynamically. my questions are:
1. the link http://ip-to-country.webhosting.info/downloads/ip-to-country.csv.zip is permanently available?
2. how often is this file updated?
I need this because probably I will try to download the zip file, extract the csv file and update the database from the csv. All this in background so need to be clear everything for me before ...
