Created a script in tcl that looks up your own ip (the one you use to connect to irc not the nonroutable one) works on all kinds of irc servers, added vars that perfrom lookup on your own ip, and added a channel trigger to perfrom lookups on other ips

ftp://ftp.ofloo.net/pub/scripts/tcl/ip-to-country.tcl.tar.gz didn't know where to post it so posted it here :/ hope you people don't mind and that some one can find some use for it ;)

sorry for late answer but i had some problems with my home server so .. been of for a weak and thats why the ftp was down as well hope ya like it if you got suggestions plz post ;)

Security bug fix there is a bug in the 0.1 script that could comprimize your system on linux this won't be so bad cause they got user privilegde seperation and if I remember well eggdrop can't be installed as root, if you did I recomment you run your eggdrop as a normal user, but this security isue could result to acces on that shell, but on windows bots this could result root acces to dos if windrop is in administrators account, so I recommend users who use this script that they update !!!! asap

I won't tell how to exploit it tcl scripters will know how I gues but this will give people some time to update ;)
